This is my argument writing for saying i would like showers at school,

Smelly and Sweaty or Warm and Clean.

Firstly, when we go swimming, we would like to be clean afterwards. So we need to have a shower to rinse off all that smelly chlorine and then our skin will not get dry or itchy which makes it hard to concentrate in class. Also I know that my hair smells after swimming but a shower would stop this. After swimming some people’s eyes really hurt, so they could wash out the chlorine in their eyes by using the shower.

Secondly, would you want to be cold after swimming? I think most people would say, “No.” We need a warm or hot shower so that we will be warm after swimming. Also when the water is cold people get headaches. After swimming we could go for a hot or warm shower to heal our headache. We could also get a cold after going in the pool with really freezing water.

Lastly, you wouldn’t want us to smell after PE either would you? Who would want to stay all sweaty after PE? When we come back into class, the sweat dries really quickly and we can become smelly. A nice warm shower would clean us and we would smell lovely.

So should we have showers at school? Yes we should! We need showers to be warm and clean and we don’t want to smell after PE. So what do you say? Let’s get showers in the dressing rooms now!        Hope you liked it                                              
 

This term on Thursdays I am in Dance and Drama and Kapa Haka! It is really fun. Dance and Drama is run by my teacher Mrs-Watson.
