Topic
This term for our topic we have been doing fizzing and foaming. We have been doing lots of experiments with acids and carbonates. We 
are making sherbet.

MATHS
For maths I've been learning how to add decimals. I've also been learning lots
of different ways to make it easy to add and take away.
This is one of the ways.
5629 + 5381 =
5629+5000= 10629 and 10629+300= 10929 and 10929+80=11009 +1=11010
So 5629+5381=11010
Term Two Art
For art this term we have started to learn all the
different ways to draw patterns to make a picture look realistic.

Speeches
Last term we have had speeches. It has been very fun.
I got a bit nervous but then I calmed down.
My speech was on 'Nothing'.
The teacher thought it was funny and very interesting to listen to.
The funniest part was when I said to
my dad after writing my speech "THANKS FOR NOTHING!"

For art we have been doing paper mache,
collages, paintings and masks I've finished mine.
It has lots of different colours. I used lots of different
things to make different shades,
like a sponge, a toothbrush.
