 The Bat
A bat is not a reptile. It is not a domestic animal. It is a mammal.

A bats body length can range between 6.5-11cm long. They have a thin rectangular shaped body, diamond shaped wings and two thin legs. Their colour is light brown with a red tongue.

The bat likes to eat lizards, small birds, fish and frogs.

Bats are like birds. They can fly like birds. But bats are not birds.

Most bats are found in steamy jungles, woods and caves. When sleeping bats hang from rocks. They attach to the rocks by they legs.

I love bats they are my favourite animal!
